ALMA Behavioral Solutions is an ABA Therapy provider serving children and families in the Los Angeles area. We are seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists to join our clinical team and support children with autism and related developmental needs.

Behavioral Therapists work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Therapy services focus on building communication, social, play, academic readiness, and self-help skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

All Therapists receive ongoing supervision, training, and clinical support from BCBAs. The role requires accurate data collection, daily Therapy session notes, and consistent communication with BCBA supervisors and families. Attention to detail and professionalism are essential both clinically and administratively.

We value experienced ABA Therapists who are confident working with higher levels of behavior and who are committed to ethical, compassionate, and effective ABA Therapy services.

Job Qualifications

• Prior experience providing ABA Therapy
• Experience managing moderate to high levels of challenging behaviors
• Ability to follow ABA treatment plans and collect data accurately
• Strong communication and professionalism
RBT certification preferred but not required

BCBA supervision and ongoing ABA training are provided.

Job Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience delivering ABA services and managing moderate to high levels of challenging behaviors
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Reliable, professional, and punctual individual with strong patience, motivation, and a positive attitude
• Background Check Required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• A personal vehicle is required, as driving between client locations is an essential part of the role

Location & Travel Requirements

This position is based in Glendale, CA, and surrounding areas. Applicants must live locally and be willing to commute as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $26, based on experience
• Mileage and drive-time reimbursement between client sessions
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
