You will work closely with Marketing stakeholders across digital, content, operations, and analytics to understand their workflows and translate them into scalable, reliable AI automations. This role offers exposure to modern AI/ML tooling, marketing technology stacks, and data pipelines in a high-impact environment. You will contribute directly to increasing marketing productivity, improving targeting and personalization, and enabling faster, insight-driven execution across programs and channels.
What you’ll do:
- Design, implement, and test AI agents that automate and augment Marketing workflows across planning, execution, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Analytics partners to translate campaign and program requirements into clear technical specifications for AI agents.
- Integrate AI agents with existing marketing tools and platforms (such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools) using APIs and relevant SDKs.
- Build prompt flows, decision logic, and guardrails to ensure AI agents are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with marketing policies and governance.
- Analyze agent performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on designs to improve speed, accuracy, usability, and marketing impact.
- Document agent architectures, configurations, and usage guidelines to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing maintenance by the Marketing team.
- Support experimentation and prototyping of new AI use cases that enhance campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, content production, and insight generation.
What you’ve done:
- Pursued or are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Gained hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript) for building integrations, automations, or data workflows.
- Worked with or studied modern AI/ML, LLMs, or related technologies, including using APIs or frameworks to build simple applications, prototypes, or marketing-focused tools.
- Completed projects, coursework, or internships involving marketing technology (such as marketing automation platforms, CRM, web analytics, or customer data tools) or web APIs and data processing.
- Demonstrated the ability to break down a marketing or business problem into a structured technical solution, ideally in a data or AI context.
- Created documentation, diagrams, or project write-ups that explain how a system, workflow, or application works to both technical and non-technical marketing audiences.
Who you are:
- Curious and proactive about exploring how AI can transform marketing workflows, from planning and content creation to campaign optimization and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, engaging with marketers, operations partners, and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership for the quality, reliability, and marketing fit of what you build.
- A clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable language for marketing stakeholders.
- Eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and open to feedback and iteration as part of your professional development.
