Blue Wave Fellows are expected to work 15-20 hours per week. Hours may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

Assist with:

• Special event coordination from small gatherings to large scale, high profile political fundraisers
• Conduct in-depth donor research, maintenance, and management of data
• Direct donor communication and database maintenance for multiple political clients
• Manage office administrative duties, including mail and contribution processing
• Draft campaign communications including mass email and social media posts
• Make constituent calls and complete event outreach 
• Other responsibilities as they develop

Qualifications

• Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word, Excel, and Publisher
• Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
• Ability to maintain and manage highly confidential or sensitive information
• Additional skills in graphic design valuable but not necessary
