Blue Wave Fellows are expected to work 15-20 hours per week. Hours may vary from week to week.
Responsibilities
Assist with:
- Special event coordination from small gatherings to large scale, high profile political fundraisers
- Conduct in-depth donor research, maintenance, and management of data
- Direct donor communication and database maintenance for multiple political clients
- Manage office administrative duties, including mail and contribution processing
- Draft campaign communications including mass email and social media posts
- Make constituent calls and complete event outreach
- Other responsibilities as they develop
Qualifications
- Proficient experience working with Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
- Ability to maintain and manage highly confidential or sensitive information
- Additional skills in graphic design valuable but not necessary
