Job Description:

General:
Be responsible for the development of hardware electronics, including schematics, PCB layout, cost estimation, problem analysis and manufacturing support.

What will you work on?
- Perform new project circuit design;
- Perform problem analysis and function debug on electro-mechanical systems;
- Ensure Cost control for electronic parts;
- Source new technology and components, propose new applications and test validations;
- Provide electronic support for production line, provide professional input for trouble-shooting;
- Provide on-going electronic support to Engineering Teams in Asia & N. America Offices;
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments;
- Manage a small team of Electronics Engineers as necessary(Hardware/ Software)

What are your skills and experience?

- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Master Degree preferred;
- 7 years or above experience for MCU solution development in toys industry;
- Knowledge in toys industry standard desirable;
- 2.4G solution development experience is preferred.
- Experience in product cost reduction is a plus.

- Proven ability to write engineering spec and develop critical component qualification and product functional qualification plan, as well as successfully design and qualify component and product per plan and schedule.
- Characterization data analysis and presentation, with demonstrated understanding of results and provide solution.
- Proficient in solid design and product bring up experience in toys or consumer electronic products;
- Proficient in RF circuit and power electronics design of RC Toys.
- Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English.
