Responsibilities:

• Leads and coordinates the supplier support quality team
• Responsible for ensuring and improving processes that are related to the supplier support
• Supports and coordinates the interdepartmental teams for the implementation of 8 D and problem solving following supplier complaints using methodologies such as Ishikawa, 5why
• Monitoring and following action plans to improve Quality supplier KPI

Qualifications:

• University level
• 2 years experience in automotive industry, preferable experience in relation with suppliers Previous experience in a leadership role or relevant field is often preferred
• Technical knowledge
• English medium level
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on achieving results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and expectations
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
