Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Lisboa. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues;
  • Install, configure, and maintain devices and peripherals;
  • Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies;
  • Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex incidents.
Qualifications:
  • Training in Information Technology or related field;
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support roles;
  • Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks;
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and customer-oriented approach;
  • Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
