Position Summary:
The Revenue Growth Leadership (RGL) Lead is responsible for embedding RGL principles into customer and account planning. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies into actionable account plans that drive profitable growth, improve trade effectiveness, and strengthen customer performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute RGL-driven account plans by analyzing sales, pricing, mix, and promotional data at the customer and item level.
Lead pricing and pack/assortment strategy at the account level, including evaluation of price gaps, ladders, elasticity signals, and competitive dynamics.
Assess customer promotional effectiveness by measuring lift, efficiency, and ROI; recommend optimization of promotional depth, frequency, and mechanics.
Build customer-level revenue, volume, and margin forecasts in support of AOP, JBP, and rolling forecast processes.
Serve as a strategic RGL thought partner to Sales and Account Management, influencing negotiation strategy, funding decisions, and growth priorities.
Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has Food Safety Responsibilities.
Other responsibilities, as necessary.
Supervisory: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Account Planning, Financial Analysis, or Commercial Analytics
CPG experience required (beverage or food preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables)
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience using Tableau or Power BI for dashboards and reporting
Familiarity with CRM, IBP and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, IRI, or Datasembly
