HVAC Project Coordinator

Position Type: Full-time, hourly position eligible for overtime. This is a 100% remote position. Therefore, an efficient home office environment with strong reliable internet service is required.

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the customer from post-sale to project completion.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide consistent customer communication using the 1, 2, 3 call process:
    • Introductory Call.
    • Scheduled Confirmation.
    • Close out call.
  • Manage a high-volume of cases.
  • Maintain case close time, meeting company targets.
  • Drive a superior customer experience:
    • Act as the sole point of contact to the customer.
    • Update new/changed customer information in the system.
    • Provide project expectations to the customer.
    • Communicate with the scheduling team to ensure installs and callbacks are completed promptly.
    • Respond professionally and in a timely manner to customer calls and emails.
  • Assist customers with submitting Mass Save Rebates via the Mass Save website.
  • Initiate and collect project payments for customer accounts.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor�s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Proficiency working with MS Office.
  • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.
  • Customer focused.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Current residency in states of AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, ME, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, RI. SC, TN, TX, or VT is required to comply with state tax regulations.
