Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will provide essential nursing care to patients in various units in the home. This role requires a strong understanding of patient needs, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Conduct routine assessments of patients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

• Certification in CPR is required.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
