A Day in the Life…

As a Financial Services Advisor, you are responsible for structuring deals, pitching options, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

  • Review, structure, and approve finance deals while maintaining average gross targets.
  • Flexibly adjust terms, rates, and deal structures to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
  • Take initiative to ensure timely completion of all paperwork, washout deals, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Accounting, and Fixed Operations to manage approvals, funding, and installment arrangements.
  • Maintain a high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), ensuring paperwork, delivery explanations, and overall process meet top-tier standards.
  • Monitor pending delivery lineup, weekly and monthly performance metrics, and deal profitability.
  • Communicate creatively and proactively with banks, lenders, and internal departments to resolve approvals or exceptions.

What We Look For…

  • Minimum 2 years of finance office experience in a Motor Vehicle Dealer environment.
  • Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required, to support vehicle delivery timelines.
  • Proficiency in DealerTrack and experience managing approvals.
  • VSA license required.
  • Automotive finance certification and ongoing OEM trainings are required.
  • Strong communication skills and people savvy; ability to creatively navigate approvals and financing solutions.
  • Highly organized, structured, and able to multi-task (e.g., managing multiple approvals and evening delivery schedules).
  • Ability to maintain focus under pressure with flexible supervision.
  • Results driven personality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid provincial driver’s license.
