• Hands on training to operate 410R or 412R John Deere Sprayers & Spreaders with Luxury Cabs as applicator applies plant health and fertilizer products to corn or soybean fields
• We provide all tools and hands on training for light maintenance and repair work in excellent facilities
• We assist in getting you trained for all needed DOT License and Endorsements for a class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
• Work assignments vary throughout the week and season, and you get to work with a team and independently, including assisting with delivery and service of propane, fuel, and agronomy products and servicing and operating anhydrous equipment
• Pay reflects your experience, but we encourage entry-level candidates who are willing to learn to apply
• Have a flexible work schedule during non-application seasons
• Receive training to grow your career, with the opportunity for additional responsibilities within the first year

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
• Have some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to lift up-to 75 pounds, stand, sit, crawl, climb and reach difficult areas as job demands
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
