Your Tasks:


  • Enter, process, and manage customer
    orders, acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire order
    lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
    on‑time delivery, monitor invoicing and payment status for open orders.
  • Manage outgoing invoicing (including
    electronic invoicing) and prepare required certificates (origin, quality,
    warranty, insurance, conformity, etc.).
  • Handle export documentation, negotiate
    export‑related requirements with customers, and communicate with banks
    regarding letters of credit.
  • Liaise with the Chamber of Commerce and other
    institutions for document validation and manage documentation through customer
    platforms and portals.

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    tools.
  • Fluency in English and in Italian
    (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of am another foreign
    language—Arabic in particular—will be considered a plus.
  • Background or knowledge in
    legal/contractual matters will be taken into consideration.
  • High attention to detail in managing
    orders, documentation, and customer requirements.
