Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our FSC Team in Łódź. We’re looking for an Intern to join our Collections team and support daily operations of a Collections team.

We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support the Collections team in daily activities, mainly for Benelux or DACH markets (if you are a German speaker)
  • Contact customers by mail and phone to collect the outstanding debt (in English or German)
  • Support projects (including documentation preparation)
  • Support ad hoc analysis for the management
  • Pro-actively take part in various assignments

Critical Skills & Requirements

  • You have a very good command of English and/ or German
  • Basic knowledge of French or Dutch would be an asset
  • Preferably, you are a student in Finance/ Economics or relative fields
  • You have a good command of MS Office
  • You are a proactive and communicative person, willing to take new initiatives
  • You are attentive to details
  • You have good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • You are available for approx. 20-30h per week
