Key Responsibilities
Design and execute experiments to discover and characterize protein-based therapeutic candidates for immunological targets
Develop, optimize, and interpret in vitro and cell-based assays to evaluate activity, mechanism, and selectivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with data science and computational teams to advance programs toward key milestones
Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear recommendations for next steps
Contribute to experimental strategy, study design, and troubleshooting to accelerate discovery timelines
Communicate results effectively in team meetings and written reports, supporting decision-making across projects
Stay current with emerging scientific literature and apply new approaches to strengthen our discovery platform

Background + Experience
- Undergraduate and/or graduate level education focused on (molecular or cell) biology, protein sciences, immunology, biophysics, biochemistry, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience executing bench research in a scientific lab
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate experimental data
