About the Role 


The Private Client Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our Private Client Advisors by delivering high-quality service. This position partners closely with Advisors to manage client needs, provide coverage analysis, and ensure a seamless client experience, while gaining exposure to complex client strategies and solutions.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Private Client Sales and Advisors to support the management of high-net-worth client accounts
  • Prepare applications for new business, prepare and review coverage summaries for renewals; help identify gaps and recommend solutions for Sales/Advisor review
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, coverage comparisons, and recommendations
  • Document policy changes, endorsements, and updates both with carriers and in the EPIC agency management system
  • Assist with remarketing efforts when needed
  • Coordinate with carrier underwriters to support placement, approvals, and issue resolution
  • Review home inspections and appraisals; help track and communicate carrier recommendations and requirements
  • Maintain strong internal communication with Advisors and service team members to ensure a high level of client service

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-net-worth personal lines insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Strong familiarity with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One
  • Experience working within agency management systems such as EPIC preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex coverage concepts clearly
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
