Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests

  • Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and other relevant information in electronic medical records or other documentation systems.

  • Advising patients on preventative care and optimal health practices

  • Ensure quality of tests being performed

  • Analyze and interpret test results i.e. pft, chest x-rays, abi’s, EKGs, etc…

  • Refer patients for further diagnostic testing as needed

  • Relay information between clinics and physicians as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.

  • Passing a national certification exam administered by organizations such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).

  • State licensure as an NP

  • Adult and Geriatric patient population experience 

  • Excellent judgment and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines

  • Detail oriented while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of medical conditions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


7:30AM - 3:30PM, Tuesday - Saturday, 5 Days a week
