This is a remote position.

You take the time to deeply understand your accounts, including their goals, dynamics, expectations, and pressure points, and use that human insight to help create strong, sustainable talent matches. As a core member of the account team, you help ensure alignment between client expectations, talent experience, and measurable outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Talent & Delivery Excellence 

  • Develop deep insight into assigned accounts, including goals, team dynamics, and performance expectations 
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and talent outcomes 
  • Oversee onboarding for key placements 
  • Maintain consistent feedback loops with clients and talent 
  • Address delivery challenges and escalations proactively 
Client Relationship & Account Health 
  • Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships 
  • Participate in account reviews and strategic conversations 
  • Support smooth onboarding of new clients 
  • Monitor match quality, retention, utilization, and satisfaction metrics 
  • Proactively assess risk and collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities 

Cross Functional Alignment 

  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain CRM accuracy and clean transitions 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on talent positioning and account communications 
  • Ensure data integrity and process consistency across systems

Requirements

Required 

  • Experience in account management, customer success, staffing, talent operations, or a related field 
  • Experience managing or supporting strategic client accounts 
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, MSAs, SOWs, and operational workflows 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

Preferred 

  • Experience in staffing, freelance marketplaces, or the meetings and events industry 
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, and reporting systems 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 

Salary 

  • Compensation commensurate with experience 
  • Base salary plus performance based incentive structure
