Responsibilities:
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to house standards.
- Work quickly and efficiently during high-volume service.
- Maintain full awareness of the dining room and support servers when needed.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and ice throughout the shift.
- Handle POS transactions, tabs, and cash accurately.
- Provide friendly, attentive service and build guest relationships.
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Complete all opening and closing duties, including prep, cleaning, and cash-out.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
