Responsibilities:

• Create working instruction and set up the vulcanization parameter/layout /material flow etc.  based on process development information
• To participate the customer audit and internal audit , follow up the process related actions
• Responsible for all the process related trouble shooting /unplanned vulcanization machine or tooling breakdown.
• Participate the PTR and IRR , organize the pre-serious sample production
• Manage process related continus improving project

Qualifications:

More than 2 years experience with rubber plastic recipe research or with rubber injection process development related fields.

Know the basic part of pre-heating and assembly process.

Preferred in the automotive industry with experience of vibration product.
