Roles and Responsibilities

  • An Analyst at Blackstone Growth is actively involved in sourcing and deal origination, building conviction and strong relationships with management teams at current and prospective portfolio companies.
  • Key responsibilities include modelling and financial analysis, due diligence, market diligence and monitoring, as all members of the team are involved in discussions on the up-and-coming investment sectors and sub-verticals.
  • Thematic investing and curiosity – team members are encouraged to research trends and themes that they find interesting, and then report to the wider team on their findings, pitching potential investments internally to generate excitement.
  • There is ample opportunity to take on more responsibility as the team is lean, and, as investment professionals in all teams at Blackstone collaborate to help other teams with investment prospects, so there is an opportunity to gain exposure to other teams.
