Manufacturing Teacher � Career & Technical Education (CTE)

Position Overview:

Eagle Manufacturing's student-led business is seeking a Manufacturing-certified teacher to join our Career and Technical Education (CTE) team. This position is ideal for an educator with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering who is passionate about preparing students for careers in modern industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Principles-level and Concentrator Manufacturing pathway courses- Machining and Engineering.
  
   
• Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction aligned with CTE standards
  
   
• Support students in developing technical skills, workplace readiness, and industry awareness.
  
   
• Collaborate with CTE staff and industry partners to enhance program offerings
• Manage a manufacturing department within a student-led business
• Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and student assessments
  
   

Qualifications:

• Teaching certification preferred area of study Engineering & Manufacturing
  
   
• Appropriate teaching licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  
   
• Background knowledge and/or industry experience in manufacturing required
• Software experience in 3D modeling & programming (Fusion 360), ERP software (ProShop), employee management (Secchi) or comparable products
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
  
   
• Commitment to student success and career readiness
  
   

Contract & Compensation:

• 187-day teacher contract
  
   
• Salary based on experience and licensure
