SUMMARY
Oversees projects by executing detailed oversight and coordination of assigned projects and conducting direct interface with internal teams, jobsite managers & supervisors. The project manager has the ownership of the project for safety, quality, schedule, and costs to meet the project goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chair Turnover Meeting between Estimating/Sales to Engineering.
- Review Contract - verify price with Scope of Work. Evaluate terms of contract, negotiate, modify and approve for signature by the executive.
- Provide additional requested information to complete contract terms such as W-9, list of contractor references, Schedule of Values, CCIP/OCIP enrollment, list of subs, etc.
- Initiate request to insurance agent to provide Certificates of Insurance for Liability and Property as well as Payment & Performance Bond, if required.
- Monitor and assist drafting/engineering with shop drawing preparation and submittal.
- Maintain job schedule milestone dates such as For Approval submittal, Production start date and Erection start date.
- Input and update Production List Schedule-of-Values in Sharepoint.
- Maintain Field Costs and update Completion Percentages in WIP.
- Submit Requests-for-Information (RFI) and Change-Order-Requests (COR) and verify timely execution.

- Basic Computer Knowledge required.
Educational Requirements
- HS Diploma
- College degree preferred. Experience can be considered to waive this requirement.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Precast Concrete.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform general office administrative activities
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
