Position Overview:
The Slot Attendant is responsible to provide outstanding customer service. Slot Attendants will accomplish this service standard by timely responding to customer needs including but not limited to, hand pay jackpots, minor machine repairs and replenishing ticket voucher paper. All duties are to be performed according to the policies and procedures of the mount Airy Casino Resort and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains a constant presence on the slot floor looking for and responding to guests that require assistance with slot machines.
- Provides courteous and helpful information to guests and to their complaints in a considerate, professional and positive manner. Shows genuine concern, actively listens to the guest and takes ownership of their concerns.
- Completes manual jackpot payouts.
- Refills ticket printers with voucher paper.
- Makes minor repairs on slot machines.
- Maintains security of keys, radio and pagers issued to them.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff.
- Shall act as signatory on jackpots as detailed the internal controls.
- Creates player cards.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- Attends all necessary training meetings.
- Assists in other projects as directed.
