Purpose
Create and lead a highly effective regional sales team to achieve budgeted goals in sales, service, customer satisfaction, and cost control. Drive regional sales strategies, motivate and develop sales professionals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.
Key Contributions
- Lead and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targeted new customer and existing customer sales goals.
- Coach, mentor, and drive revenue goals with field sales management and professionals.
- Develop detailed sales plans, targets, and metrics for branches and individual sales professionals.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and results for the region.
- Manage sales funnel process (identify, contact, present, negotiate, close) and record activities in the company CRM system.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources to meet targets.
- Collaborate with other salespeople and internal teams to meet quotas and set goals.
- Share best practices and support team success.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, demonstrate key account management.
- Communicate market trends, industry news, and product information to marketing.
- Attend key conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and creating great customer experiences (5–10 years experience ideally).
- Effective communication skills, including written and phone skills.
- Knowledge of and willingness to use CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and back-end computer systems
Preferred Qualifications
- General Household Pest and Rodent Control License or Pest Control Operator Certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts.
- Experience working in multi-state, high-growth, or field-based environments.
