Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused Patio Cleaner/Janitor to join our team! This is a seasonal day position (May-September), Monday- Friday, up to 40 hours per week. Duties include the following:
Pay: $18.00/hr.
- Cleans the outside siding surrounding the immediate area of the porch.
- Cleans the railings outlining the porch.
- Cleans the screens that enclose the porch.
- Cleans the glass on both sides of the porch doors.
- Sweeps and cleans the wood flooring on the porch.
- Vacuums the carpet.
- Cleans the track of the screen.
- Cleans the patio furniture upon request and applies block time charge.
- Maintains equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Accomplishes all tasks in order of priority.
- Reports to the Director all complaints.
- Participates in programs educating and orientating employees to the systems and procedures relating to the housekeeping operations, including life safety drills as scheduled.
- Follows safety guidelines when performing tasks.
- Maintains privacy of Residents in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
