We’re currently looking for a full-time Shop Foreman to lead daily shop operations, support our skilled technicians, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. If you’re an experienced technician with strong leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring others, we’d love to meet you.




What You’ll Do



As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee and guide shop operations to ensure all repairs, maintenance, and inspections are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities include:




  • Assigning and coordinating daily repair and maintenance work

  • Inspecting completed work for quality and accuracy; providing hands-on support as needed

  • Monitoring parts usage and maintaining inventory levels

  • Inspecting equipment for damage and completing documentation before equipment leaves the shop

  • Training, mentoring, and developing technicians in skills and safety practices

  • Assisting or filling in for the Service Manager when required




What We’re Looking For




  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 7–10 years of mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance experience

  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation, utilization, and safety procedures

  • Supervisory, scheduling, or leadership experience (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service

Physical Requirements



This role includes standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have adequate vision and hearing to inspect equipment and communicate effectively, as well as manual dexterity for equipment and computer use.
