What You’ll Do
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and
processes to assigned patients. This individual provides direct patient care and works collaboratively
with other members of the care team to achieve optimal patient care. This incumbent has access to
confidential patient information, provides direct patient care, has the authority to make independent
decisions and act accordingly within scope of practice, and functions clinically under the direct
supervision of the physician. This incumbent also reports to the clinic manager or designee for nonclinical
functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing- BSN required within 5 years of hire.
- Current R.N. Licensure in the State of Ohio. De-escalation training within 6 months. Basic Life Support.1-2 years’ experience in medical office or similar capacity.
