Position Summary: The Dish Operator is responisible to execute a variety of duties ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for all guest and associates along with the keeping the operation supplied with clean and sanitized utensils, pots and pans.
Position Repsonsibilities:
- Hospitality: - Create an atmosphere with Associates and Guests that supports the Golden Rule.
- Station set up and Sanitation - Maintain a clean, appropriately stocked and organized work station. Monitors water temperature and ensures accurate use of cleaning chemicals.
- Washing Dishes - Utilizes dish machine and/or three compartment sink to clean and sanitized utensils, pots and pans to the appropriate area.
- Restaurant Sanitation - Removes trash, sweeps, mops and executes daily and weekly cleaning duties as assigned. Responsible for mopping up spills quickly to protect the safety of guest and associates.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Busser - Helps clear and sanitize tables when guest leave.
- Detail Cleaning - Scrubbing and deck brushing other areas of the restaurant as assigned.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

- Ability to read at a level to understand the POS monitor.
