  • Create and manage Job Start packets with accurate, approved unit costs to support smooth field execution.
  • Release Purchase Orders, process change orders and maintain pricing integrity throughout construction.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute weekly variance reports using Brix and BuildPro, partnering with field teams to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Eliminate office‑related variances through proactive coordination with Construction, vendors, and Accounting.
  • Maintain rebate trackers and coordinate timely submittals with the Centralized Services team.

  • Support contract negotiations and pricing updates to reflect scope changes, market conditions, and project requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies, purchase order adjustments, and payment issues.
  • Partner with Construction leadership to support trade partner performance, including pricing accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to scopes.

Permitting, Compliance & Municipal Coordination

  • Coordinate permit phasing plans with the Construction team to align with BTR start schedules.
  • Ensure code compliance by municipality, including all energy and jurisdiction‑specific requirements.
  • Upload all permits to required systems and distribute stamped permit sets to field teams, tracking receipt and acceptance.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment.
