- Lead and develop the Girls Varsity Basketball program, fostering a good student-athlete environment.
- Attend all practices and games as scheduled.
- Plan and implement comprehensive training, including fundamentals, strategies, conditioning, and off-season development.
- Provide a positive atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship and character development.
- Develop practice plans that enhance individual skills and team performance.
- Support multi-sport participation for student-athletes, encouraging balanced development.
- Communicate scheduling, logistics, and team expectations consistently with athletes, parents, and staff.
- Manage equipment and uniform inventory, distribution, and storage in line with department guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the Activities Director to monitor student-athlete academic progress.
- Partner with the Strength and Conditioning Coach to prioritize athlete safety, injury prevention, and physical development.
