Title: Oracle Team Lead
Location: Bangalore, India
The Oracle Team Lead assists in overseeing Mouser’s Oracle Team in Information Services. The team is responsible for supporting and implementing new functionality within our Oracle HCM and ERP modules. The team focuses on delivering solid (internal) customer service while providing comprehensive solutions to support our Finance and HR teams. The Oracle Team Lead will establish relationships and work with Mouser’s Directors, Executives and Business Managers to ensure value-added requirements are met in a timely manner.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• The Team Lead should be able to hav broad knowledge of latest technology stacks ranging from the traditional architectures to micros services and cloud enabled architectures.
• Assist in the development and design of latest Oracle ERP and HCM cloud solutions optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the applications.
• Assist in the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud Technical engagements for internal customers including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Help identify and manage new Oracle release changes and collaborate with other team members to make recommendations based on the needs of the organization.
• Identify competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and provide an assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the success of the project.
• Assist in RFPs, estimation and contract execution.
• Help evolve the Oracle development methodology including development and documentation standards, testing procedures, quality assurance and change management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
• Ensure technical and production issues are quickly resolved and implement strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence.
• Assist in the facilitation and communication of the Oracle (HCM and ERP) strategy to stakeholders to achieve cross-organizational alignment.
• Communicates to management the progress and issues that encompass the assigned IT department.
• Consults with management to determine goals, timeframes, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.
• Provides guidance and manages resources to include assignment, performance and training of department.
• Lead a team of typically 3 or more onshore / offshore resources.
• Mentor and coach developers while leading in technical design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the application integrations and architect the solution that fits the needs for all scenarios.
• Manages resources within IT effectively and efficiently.
• Assists in the interview and evaluation process of potential new hires.
• Provides feedback for annual performance reviews.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
• Good to have a Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in modules like HR, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Compensation, Talent, AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Procurement
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. In addition to the above the following experience is required:
• Internal candidates: Minimum 1 years as a highly performing Mouser Sr. Developer/Lead – Oracle or a higher-level position.
• External candidates: Minimum 2 years as a Sr. Developer/Lead – Oracle or a higher-level position.
• 6+ years experience in critical job functions of the team; can be combination of internal and external experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience implementing and configuring packaged Oracle modules in Fusion and/or EBS.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience • Minimum 1 year management experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on architecture experience.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion R13 or newer.
• Vendor relationship management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
• Solid oral, written, communication and people skills. • Self-motivated, solid interpersonal skills and a good communicator.
