Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our PepperJax Grill location in Belton. The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory management

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving customer complaints promptly

- Train and mentor staff members to uphold company policies and procedures

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency and quality

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant

- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members

- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and targets
