Process Technician (Injection Molding) – 2nd Shift (Onsite Only)

�� Shift: 2nd Shift (M-F, 2:30PM - 10:30PM)
✅ Onsite Only – No Remote Option


 




About the Role


We’re seeking a skilled Process Technician to ensure smooth production flow and mold preparation for injection molding operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll set up molds, troubleshoot machines, and maintain process parameters to deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Set up and adjust injection molding machines to correct process parameters.

  • Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines; Kuka robots; Piovan systems).

  • Ensure mold preparation and changeovers are completed efficiently.

  • Monitor production to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards.

  • Remove scrap and manage material flow to machines on time.

  • Comply with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements.




What We’re Looking For



  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in injection molding process setup and troubleshooting.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of injection molding processes.

    • Ability to operate overhead cranes and handle mold lifting equipment safely.

    • Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude.



  • Physical Requirements:

    • Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk for entire shift.

    • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
