Job Description

General Dynamics Land Systems is a global leader in the design, development, production, support and sustainment of tracked and wheeled military equipment, specifically the Abrams Main Battle Tank and the Stryker Family of Wheeled Combat Vehicles.

Our company is searching for a Human Resources intern for the 2026 year.   

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

Assisting the Human Resource department in data entry, filing, and organization. 
Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department, composing letters and other documents related to HR activities. 
Process personnel forms and maintain records to ensure compliance with policy and regulations. 
Support recruiting activities 
Gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee development. 
Support HR Projects and Initiatives. 

Requirements
Must be currently enrolled student, sophomore level or above, pursuing degree in a degree in Human Resources or related field. 
Basic understanding of labor laws. 
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 
Must have the ability to work as part of a team. 
Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Excellent administrative and organizational skills. 
Effective communication skills.

Work Environment:
This job is performed in an office and heavy manufacturing environment.
