KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

• Be in charge of the entire restaurant service sequence, in liaison with the kitchen: from reception to order-taking to customer departure.
• Greet and inform customers,
• Present products and encourage sales.
• Perform clerical and mathematical operations (order forms, additions, etc.).

 

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 

• Proficiency in computerized cashiering systems
• Fluent English (additional language preferred)
• First successful experience as a chef de rang in a demanding service environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Hold a BAC PRO - BEP - CAP or equivalent experience.
