Parts Counter Specialist

Luther Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, adaptable Floating Parts Counterperson to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

Support multiple Luther Automotive dealerships across the Twin Cities by providing parts counter coverage as needed
Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate and timely parts information
Source, order, and distribute parts efficiently to keep service operations running smoothly
Organize parts inventory
Build strong relationships with team members across multiple stores
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

A selfstarter who enjoys a fastpaced, dynamic work environment
Strong interest in the automotive industry and eagerness to learn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different dealership environments and processes
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations
Previous parts or automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
