Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the C.N.A. is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living.

• Perform routine resident care and assistance with daily living.
• Observe and report signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
• Prioritize patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
• Follow infection control techniques in performing resident care.
• Maintain all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy
