At Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, we’re looking for an Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our team in Parma Heights, OH. This role is critical in helping patients understand and move forward with their care by clearly communicating treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options.

Schedule (days/hours)
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, patient-friendly manner
- Review insurance benefits and provide accurate cost estimates
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment options to support case acceptance
- Coordinate scheduling for treatment to optimize provider productivity
- Partner closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with office protocols
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Compensation
$19-$22/hour offering a $500 Sign on Bonus
