Duties

You will be responsible for leading project teams of software development professionals in the design, development, and maintenance of the Advanced Skills Management (ASM) software application.,You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures and design standards for the development of the ASM software application.,You will participate in client interviews in order to develop software requirements.,You will participate in ASM troubleshooting and performance efforts as the ASM Software expert.,You will research and provide recommendation on the latest development and projections as they relate to the specialty area.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector using computer science principles to perform research, design, development, and testing on information systems, Oracle databases using SQL, JAVA, Java Script.
