Right Choice Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to take charge of residential electrical projects and help guide a growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled electrician who can run jobs, support apprentices, ensure quality workmanship, and help maintain a strong team culture in the field.

- 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential electrical installations and service work
- Oversee and guide apprentices and helpers on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and job specifications
- Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Coordinate daily job site tasks and workflow
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Journeyman or Lead Electrician (residential preferred)
- Strong ability to run residential electrical projects
- Confident in reading blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ability to lead and support less experienced team members
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
