Job Description

The Business Development Manager role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the engineering and construction industry, a strong network, and ability to secure high-value projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Discovery

    • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Identify and engage potential clients.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
    • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals.
  • Proposal Coordination
    • Review Client opportunities to ensure alignment with company capabilities and goals.
    • Work closely with project management teams to support the development of proposal submissions that fully meet client requirements.
  • Partnership Development
    • Cultivate partnerships with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • 5-10 years' experience in sales and/or an industrial environment
