The Business Development Manager role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the engineering and construction industry, a strong network, and ability to secure high-value projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Discovery
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals.
- Proposal Coordination
- Review Client opportunities to ensure alignment with company capabilities and goals.
- Work closely with project management teams to support the development of proposal submissions that fully meet client requirements.
- Partnership Development
- Cultivate partnerships with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
