About Ashley Furniture

Ashley Furniture is the world's largest furniture manufacturer, operating a vertically integrated value chain spanning manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce operations across 123 countries. As we scale our enterprise planning capabilities, we are building a disciplined, integrated IBP operating model that aligns strategic plans with near-term execution across the organization.

Job Summary

The IBP Process & Governance Lead owns the enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) operating model and governance framework across Ashley’s vertically integrated value chain.

This role is accountable for designing, facilitating, and continuously improving the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (4-12 week planning timeframe) and weekly Sales & Operations Execution (0–4 week planning framework) cadences. The focus of this role is process discipline, executive alignment, structured decision-making, and cross-functional governance — not direct ownership of business performance.

This leader ensures that Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing & Distributions, Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce operate from a single, aligned, decision-ready plan.

· Drive structured, fact-based cross-functional discussions and root cause analysis

· Ensure alignment between supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and sales teams

· Connect strategic commitments to near-term execution, while identifying cross-functional risks

· Identify process gaps and breakdowns across the organization

· Act as an advocate of promoting culture of sharing learnings and collaboration

Governance & Continuous Improvement

· Refine and monitor IBP process KPIs (cadence adherence, decision cycle time, plan stability, etc.)

· Lead retrospectives and drive process improvement initiatives

· Establish governance discipline across the process

· Partner with IT and Analytics to ensure planning tools support the operating model
