Job Description

Type: Full-Time

Location: Washington, DC

Overtime Exempt: Exempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and delivers training programs and materials.
  • Coordinates training schedules and resources.
  • Evaluates training effectiveness and recommends improvements.
  • Supports workforce development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of training development and delivery methods
  • Ability to design and implement training programs
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 3 years to 5 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

  • BS/BA degree in Education, Training, or related field (or equivalent)
