We are seeking an experienced Frame Department Supervisor to lead our talented team of assemblers and ensure seamless production processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure all employees remain focused and aligned with the production schedule.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all materials required for production are available and ordered as necessary.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of products and supplies.
  • Utilize pneumatic nail guns and other tools, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.
  • Conduct interviews and actively participate in the training and development of department employees.
  • Collaborate with management across departments to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
  • Address employee-related issues, including complaints, attendance, and job performance, in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Ensure the department is properly staffed and communicate needs to upper management and Human Resources as needed.
  • Maintain 100% efficiency in task assignments while meeting production schedules.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment through collaboration and communication.
  • Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • At least two years of management and leadership experience in a related industry preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and industry is advantageous.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Physical dexterity and technical skills related to furniture assembly.
  • Strong ethical conduct and commitment to workplace safety and quality.

 

Work Environment:
This position operates in a manufacturing industrial setting, which may expose you to various weather conditions and potential hazards including machinery and chemicals.

 

Physical Demands:
Candidates should be prepared for frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The role also involves bending, reaching, and working with tools and machinery.
