  • Uphold Izzy’s high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism

  • Greet guests when necessary and assist with seating, service recovery, and VIP experiences

  • Monitor floor activity, table turns, and guest pacing in coordination with the kitchen

  • Manage opening and closing duties for FOH

  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve any service issues promptly

  • Assist with onboarding and performance management of FOH team members

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation guidelines

  • Support special events, private dining, or promotional nights as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a FOH leadership role (preferred in seafood or upscale casual dining)

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills

  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence

  • Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (Toast, Aloha, or similar)

  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Responsible alcohol and food safety certification is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus

  • Employee meal discounts

  • Opportunities for advancement within our restaurant group

  • A fun, supportive team culture in the heart of downtown Fort Myers

  • Opportunity to lead in one of the city’s most popular seafood destinations

If you’re a natural leader with a love for hospitality and coastal cuisine, we’d love to have you lead our front-of-house team.
