RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weigh up the ingredient according to the pick list.
  • Record the batch/lot number of each ingredient on the pick list.
  • Follow the company safety policy, GMP and procedure to operate the forklift and handle daily job.
  • Follow the instruction and the procedure to control inventory and cycle count.
  • According the instruction of the supervisor to do the stock movement to production.
  • Inspect and monitor the forklift performance to make sure it is in good working condition.
  • Do housekeeping for the weigh up area and cleaning of the forklift.
  • Other projects or assignment from the warehouse supervisor or head of warehouse.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma; up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience in manufacturing environment or related field and experience of operating industry forklift is required. 
  • Flexibility in working in shifts or overtime is a must.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
