JOB SUMMARY:

To prepare a variety of routed materials for next operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare and stage composite, wood, and aluminum panels for CNC operations.

· Process material post machining process by removing excess edge material, apply plastic-based filler to all edges, and return parts to CNC for final machine process.

· Use epoxies for assembly work.

· Kit panels after final CNC operations.

· Utilize hand and power tools including a panel saw to perform cutting, sanding, and filling operations.

· Cut and machine hardwood to specifications using large machinery.

· Perform other related duties as required.

EDUCATION:

Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or bronze level WorkKeys certification.

EXPERIENCE:

0-6 months of experience in mill, composite, CNC, or related build experience.
