Overview

NuFace Home Improvements is seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on installation and service work across residential remodeling projects, with a focus on bathrooms, siding, windows, and doors. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install and service residential bathroom systems, windows, doors, and siding
Perform on-site assessments and ensure accurate measurements and proper fit
Complete demolition, preparation, and finishing work as needed for installations
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or product issues in the field
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
Load, unload, and transport tools/materials to job sites

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction (bathrooms, siding, windows, or doors required)
Strong knowledge of general carpentry and finish work
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Understanding of basic plumbing and structural principles (bathroom work)
Ability to read and interpret measurements and job specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in home improvement, remodeling, or installation work
Experience working with acrylic bath systems, vinyl siding, or window/door installs
Customer-facing service experience
