Position Information

Location: Brush Creek Ranch

 

Summary:
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for guest activities, daily administrative work, and book keeping. The activities coordinator works closely with all departments to create unforgettable experiences for guests.  

 

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the activities for all guests from the pre-arrival stage through to the end of their stay
• Available to guests at the Activities Desk in the Outfitter’s Barn to provide friendly and helpful service throughout the day, which includes adjusting schedules, answering questions, and liaising with guides
• Provide clear communication within the activities, as well as with other departments, to ensure seamless operation and guest satisfaction
• Assist with purchases from retail
• Daily administrative work, including activity incidental sales reconciliations, activity tracking, and nightly team emails
• Requires transportation to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger
