Position Overview:

• Physical Therapist (PT) - outpatient clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska
• The Exstrom Physical Therapy clinic is owned and operated by RehabVisions

• Pay range $39 � $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. A pay-for-performance bonus plan with cash incentives tied to your clinical results.
• Flexible $8,000 career bonus � use it for sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or combination (for fulltime employees)
• AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time
• Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes
• Mixed caseload, including peds (ortho, neuro, etc.)
• Ideal candidate has pelvic health experience, or a strong interest, but not required

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients� families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master�s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
